- $5.95 Allow up to 10 business days shipping.
Usually shipments will arrive within 5 business days but the shipping
companies have a 10 business day ground shipment policy.
2nd Day
- UPS or Federal Express - Allow 2 business shipping days - $19.95 for
Continental USA
Overnight
- UPS or Federal Express - Allow 1 business shipping day - $30
